Account Manager

Get Started is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team in the Melbourne CBD office. 


Get Started is a digital agency with 40+ passionate professionals that are committed to creating digital experiences that matter. Since 1999 we have been delivering websites and web applications for a broad range of clients, from large multinationals, to government departments and well-known Australian brands. We are proud of the work we produce and we're even prouder of the team we've built.

We have some excellent clients and we are keen to find someone who has the skills and attitude to develop and retain the business. We have strong relationships with our clients and you will have the ability to work with them closely. Our aim is to develop their digital strategy further. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and managing the account
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships management
  • Be responsible for the Account and the overall relationship
  • Guidance and stewardship throughout the Digital process
  • Present work to clients, with Account Director or Creative Director
  • Drive Outcomes, Profitability and Productivity across your Accounts
  • Guide your team and the Account

The successful candidate will:

  • Have managed large accounts
  • Have a strong knowledge of Digital Strategy and an appropriate level of technical competence and ability
  • Be able to support a project (PM or Digital Producer will manage the project) 
  • Be informed and able to discuss digital trends and current industry issues.
  • Be aware of and able to articulate client's digital strategy
  • Established presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to use digital planning
