McFarlane Prize
By Adam Griffith, in Web Development
Swinburne Institute of Technology have won this year's McFarlane Prize. The winner was announced last week at Web Directions South in Sydney.
Swinburne's website - 'most user-friendly and accessible in Australia':
http://www.swinburne.edu.au/
But we want to hear about Get Started!!
Oh, alright... you've twisted our arm. Two of our websites were listed in the top 50 nominees. If you want to check them out, please be our guest:
- Norstar - http://norstar.com.au/
- Canvas This - http://canvasthis.com.au/
Our team are really proud of the sites we build, and these are just two from a very long (and ever-growing) list. It's great to have the quality of our work recognised and appreciated.
What is the McFarlane Prize?
Their website says it best:
"The Prize rewards excellence in web design in the broadest sense, from the appropriate use of technology, to design aesthetics, to its impact more broadly on the web.
The Prize also aims to be a showcase of the best in Australian web design, and to inspire other Australian developers in their own endeavours."
