The company was founded in 2004, combining a highly experienced team that offer design, installation and support of IT systems. With the recent offering of a partnered web store, EspireIT are able to provide a complete hardware, software and serviced solution for their clients.

With a solid customer base already, the Managing Director of EspireIT decided it was time to positively grow their business. The company had a website that reflected their brand, though lacked a content management system, to allow an easy way to update text and images. The team realised they needed a way to tie together their web strategy, in particular, a content-managed website and an email marketing system. They contacted Get Started because they wanted an online strategy that would work.

Get Started recommended the implementation of TightPage for their website. TightPage is an easy-to-use CMS aimed at SMEs. For the email marketing aspect, Get Started provided the solution with Trumpeter, a cost effective email marketing system. Get Started created a custom website design and email template, which enriches the corporate identity. The website features a well-planned menu and breadcrumbs to assist with navigation. EspireIT also asked Get Started’s graphic designers to overhaul the web store styles as it wasn’t consistent with the current brand.

EspireIT now have a complete, end-to-end solution, which they can manage easily and quickly themselves. This has allowed them to strengthen their brand and effectively communicate with current and new clients.
