Inter Industrial Services specialises in the placement of casual, contract and permanent labour in light industrial, engineering, manufacturing and trades. The organisation is a part of the Inter Staffing group, who realised early on that the clients and candidates in this industry had completely different needs. For over 10 years now, IIS has been providing skilled candidates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

IIS chose Get Started to develop their website due to the strong relationship formed during the Inter Staffing Services website project. The design brief was to create a website that was consistent with the Inter Staffing group look while tailoring to the different needs of the website’s users. Get Started developed the website using the cost effective content management system TightPage. IIS were excited by the package because it included a professional website design and extensive functionality.

IIS now have a completely content managed website that they can update as required. This includes jobsheets, tax and regulation resources as the industry changes. In addition to providing information through the website, IIS can also communicate to clients using TightPage’s easy to use mailing list system. The website includes a custom form that allows clients to submit available jobs, saving IIS administration time. The site has also been integrated with SEEK and displays their job listings in real time. The outcome: a great website and another happy Get Started client!
