Online Giving is a website that gives ordinary Australians a simple and effective way to raise money for charities. Online Giving came to Get Started with the concept and a clear business model, but needed some assistance with the system and online strategy. Get Started first worked closely with Online Giving to plan how the custom online fundraising application would work.
Once the functional specification had been finalised, Get Started managed the full system process - including project management, creative and development. The first step was to create the high-end design model. The concept was something that was modern and trust worth. Once the design was finalised, Get Started's development team went to work on creating the system based on the requirements.
Despite some complex business rules, Online Giving now have a fully operational business that is powered by their website. The website is easy to use for fundraisers or donors. The administration section provides full control over content and donations.
