The Queensberry Hotel is a bar, pub, restaurant and function centre located on the corner of Swanston and Queensberry streets in Carlton. It serves functions of many sizes (their unique customisable function space mean they can host up to seven independent functions), serves counter and restaurant meals and has an extensive drinks list.

The Queensberry Hotel required a website redevelopment to reflect changes to their brand and internal renovations. The Queensberry Hotel wanted to give their current website a facelift to and to help generate more function leads. It didn’t adequately meet their needs because it was developed in flash resulting in poor updatability and hindered their search engine rankings.

They selected Get Started’s affordable TightPage system because it is completely updatable and its advanced inbuilt search engine optimisation features.

Working closely with Queensberry Hotel, Get Started developed a professional website consistent with the Hotel’s new corporate branding and image. The Queensberry Hotel love that they can change all the content and images as required. The website reduces administration because they can publish new information about functions and nightly events (for example, food and drink list) whenever they want. The site now has heaps of images that show the internal renovations and the function areas.
