site launched 1/01/2005 Melbourne University Private was spun off from The University of Melbourne in 1995 to provide for specialised and customised training to private industry, and facilitate The University of Melbourne academics providing their expertise on a fee-for-service basis. Prior to being folded back into the University in 2005, Melbourne University Private had over 200 staff and over 1000 students across three schools. The Get Started systems are still in active use by the School of Enterprise at The University of Melbourne.
