WHK Limited (formerly Investor Group) is a listed major Australasian financial services company. It is the leading provider of accounting and related services to the mid-tier and SME markets in Australia, ranked by number of clients. It also operates one of Australia's largest non-affiliated dealer groups providing financial advice. The Group is focused on providing 'total financial solutions' to its clients via a suite of ten core products and services.The Group's distribution network of member firms comprises 18 major accountancy firms and 2 specialist financial planning firms located throughout five Australian States and the North and South Islands of New Zealand. These 20 core member firms operate on an independent, stand-alone basis from 85 separate office locations and are supported by a corporate team with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. In all, the Group collectively services around 150,000 clients and employs around 1900 staff, including approximately 190 principals. At 30 June 2005 it had approximately $5.7 billion of clients' funds under advice and contract administration.

As a geographically dispersed organisation, Investor Group found that they were spending too much time simply ensuring that everyone who needed information had the correct and up-to-date version.
