Australians Donate is a non-profit incorporated association comprising organisations involved in organ and tissue donation and transplantation. Members include state government-funded organ donation agencies, independent tissue and eye banks, community groups, clinicians, policy-makers, academics and ethicists.

As the peak body for the organ and tissue donation and transplantation sector, Australians Donate is funded by state and Commonwealth governments, overseen by a management board and administered by a small secretariat.
