Vision Eye Institute River City are a dedicated eye specialist facility. The centre delivers the highest standard of professional care, by utilising the latest technology and ensuring patient comfort at all costs.

VEIRC required a site that would manage their patient information, referrals, and help them conduct and manage surveys of their customer base, and streamline the administration of these processes. With their powerful SiteFinity CMS, VEIRC can now manage their patients' details easily. Their referrals are all maintained within the system, too, so these are much quicker to deal with.

VEIRC can create and conduct surveys using the CMS. Visitors to the site can answer a series of questions which will point them towards possible conditions, and encourage contact with VEIRC. 

Along with an evocative web design and development of their powerful CMS, Get Started provided VEIRC with an email marketing system that helps them stay in contact with their current customers while reinforcing their branding. SMS integration also helps them keep patients up-to-date with changes on their account or appointment reminders.
