Carolyn first started playing with computers in 80's when Frogger was one of two applications on her family's Apple 2. Since then her keyboard skills have expanded beyond just the space bar and right/left arrows. Now she uses up to 30 different keys on a regular basis to communicate with clients on their exciting website projects.

Moving from the San Francisco Bay Area, Carolyn arrived in Melbourne in 2006. Though the language barrier was a bit of a problem at first, she's made great strides learning the lingo. For Carolyn, the word "Tomato" is still problematic, she says ‘mow-ka’ instead of mocha, and still fails to remember the correct pronunciation of “aluminium” (yes, there are TWO ‘i’s). Fortunately these words don't come up too much when building websites. And please forgive her if she forgets to add extraneous ‘u’s to words that “don't need it”.

Carolyn is a great asset to the Get Started team, and one of the best people to nut-out a problem with over a cup of tea. She worked in design for several years before starting with Get Started as a Project Manager. Taking over from our previous TightPage expert, Luke, Carolyn has quickly become the new guru. She has refined the process for TightPage projects, which are now smoother and more efficient from a design, development and project manager point of view. For our clients, Carolyn has drastically improved the speed at which a business can get their website online, and the frequency and quality of communication throughout their new website project.
