Search Engine Key Phrase Density
After search engines have indexed your pages (see indexed pages) you want them to be displayed in the search engine results pages for relevant searches.
You can achieve this by optimizing your website content for search engines. They key metric in this instant is “key phrase density”. Put simply, there is an optimal density level (i.e. the number of times your key phrase is repeated in your content) for your key words and phrases that you should be aiming for in your content. This is generally believed to be between 2-10%. Higher density levels may raise concerns of keyword “stuffing”.
