Marty still finds it rather funny that he studied a HR degree at university and ended up starting a web design company. Back in 1999, after spending 2 years working as a HR consultant for Southern Health, Marty joined the other founding Directors to choose a business plan (from a selection) for a web design and development business.

 
Soon after beginning Get Started, Marty's entrepreneurial streak came out when his enthusiasm for ecommerce led him to purchase a share in an online fruit and veg company called EatFresh.

Since 1999, Marty has project managed the design and development of over 300 websites and played a major role in the shaping of this business.

Marty's ability to build relationships and his commitment to our clients has led to his shift across to the role of Business Development Manager and out of day-to-day project management.
