Luke Tellefson

Luke first discovered his calling in life when he played with a primitive, text-based browser in the mid 90s as a young lad. When he experienced graphical browsing several years later at high school, he was hooked (often staying back late to take advantage of the "fast" internet connection). Luke's first "professional" website was for a B&B in Daylesford, the regional Victorian town where he grew up.

Despite a strong interest in performing arts, Luke decided to follow his inner nerd and study Information Systems at the University of Melbourne (with a minor in media arts). During this time, Luke funded his healthy obsession with beer working for Melbourne and Monash Universities as a database/website designer and developer. This role continued after he completed his degree, at which point he also taught first year Info Sys subjects at Melbourne University.

Luke joined the Get Started team at the beginning of 2005 as a Project Manager. He is also heavily involved in the development of Get Started's revolutionary CMS, TightPage, of which he is now the Product Guru.
