Andy Thompson

Andy holds one of just 11 Kentico MVP positions worldwide, and is one of only two in the Australia-Pacific region. As well as being a Kentico Certified Developer, he is a trusted Sitecore Certified Developer and expert in Front End Development. Andy is also a Kentico Certified Marketer. This broad skillset, combined with over 13 years of digital agency experience, helps Andy provide an outstanding level of guidance and support to the Get Started Development team. Andy joined Get Started in 2002 while still studying Computer Science and Mechatronics Engineering. In 2012 he became CTO, joining Adam and Marty on the Board of Directors.

Allen Chen

Senior Front End Developer

Allen's professional career began in New Zealand back in 2006. Since then, he has worked in Hong Kong and Canberra before finally settling in Melbourne. Allen is experienced in a wide range of front-end and back-end technologies. At Get Started, Allen focuses his passion for web development purely on front-end development. In his spare time Allen delights in undertaking TV series marathons and watching horror flicks with his wife.

Andik Subiantoro

Web Developer

Andik has been working as a .Net developer since 2010, joining the digital agency world in 2012. Most of his experience has been with Kentico and Sitecore and he is a Certified Developer on both platforms. Andik is a keen traveller and likes to play video games and soccer in his spare time.

Andrew Radburnd

CIO

Andrew first began playing with websites in year 9 Info Tech where he built his first website for the good-old Netscape browser. Despite a keen interest in computers, Andrew began an accounting degree after completing High School. It wasn't long, however, before Andrew realised his passion for websites could not be ignored and he transitioned to a full-time digital career. He has not looked back since.

Anangga Dipa

Front End Developer

Anangga is a talented all-rounder who specialises in front end development for websites built on .NET CMSs including Kentico and Sitecore. He started his digital career as a PHP developer and has expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL. He comes from a strong agency background and likes to spend his spare time cycling.

Belinda McPhee

Digital Producer

Belinda has a strong background in digital project management and quality assurance testing, with a particular focus on accessibility. She has a solid appreciation of the challenges faced by clients, with extensive experience working on the client side of the agency-client relationship. Her previous roles have included project management positions with Siemens, KPMG, Breast Cancer Network Australia and Stroke Foundation. She has also held Test Analyst and CMS Trainer roles within the agency environment and has a Cert IV in training and assessment. In her spare time Belinda likes to do CrossFit and compete in obstacle racing events, as well as knit and crochet for a charity called Knit One, Give One. 

Chey Mose

Chey entered the digital industry in 2000, in which he both registered his first business and built his first website. Chey is responsible for managing Deakin University Student Association (DUSA) and Metricon Homes websites, both of which were awarded 2014 Kentico Site of the Year (DUSA also taking out the 2014 Melbourne Design Awards). Chey is an outstanding producer, combining his experience in graphic design, digital marketing and production to manage and produce completely responsive, but also visually appealing, user friendly websites.

Chris Coppin

Entering the Digital Industry in 1997, Chris has developed a wealth of knowledge from the early beginnings with Classic ASP to the cutting edge MVC frameworks being used now. Along with designing and maintaining the architecture for some of our most complex and business critical systems, Chris has an extraordinary talent for understanding problems and designing solutions.

Darren Stahlhut

Darren is a Kentico and Sitecore Certified Developer with over 14 years’ experience developing and integrating websites and enterprise level Information Management Systems. Darren developed and uploaded his first static HTML and classic ASP websites via a dial-up internet connection in the early 2000s. From his years working in and around large corporations and government agencies he has built a wealth of experience in ASP.Net and SQL as well as the entire Microsoft server ecosystem. He loves consuming technical documentation, and applying his knowledge to architect and implement contemporary solutions.

Drew Foster

Drew started his professional life in 2007 as a usability consultant, undertaking in-depth user research and design, as well as wireframing and prototyping interactive systems. He has since joined the Get Started team as a Senior Front End Developer, combining his knowledge of user experience and interactive design, to create functional, responsive websites across a range of digital media and devices.

Fab Ferrante

GradDip.GD (RMIT) Fab is our longest standing employee, having joined the Get Started Team in 2001. Fab has long been the creative genius, combining his knowledge of Multimedia and Graphic Design with over a decade of quality experience, to produce award-winning work for our clients. As a UX/UI Designer, Fab is extremely passionate about responsive and interactive digital design, ensuring both the client and user’s satisfaction.

Filya Mustikawati

Filya is an experienced Quality Engineer who also boasts a strong background as a .NET developer. This combined experience allows her to bring the highly prized elements of practicality and insight into her role as a Quality Analyst. She is well versed in automated testing, software quality and user expectations, with foundational training as a Software Engineer for Bali’s leading IT software company, Mitrais. In 2010 Filya completed a university internship at CSIRO in Canberra where she developed a ground-breaking Unified Mixed Reality Interface. In her spare time Filya can be found watching her favourite TV shows, Grey’s Anatomy and Big Bang Theory.

Gaby Christie

HR Coordinator

As HR Coordinator, Gaby is responsible for overseeing our People and Culture initiatives and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new team members. She has experienced the digital agency environment from a multitude of angles, having held the roles of Personal Assistant, Project Management Officer, and HR & Payroll Manager. Gaby’s superpowers are attention to detail and versatility. When she’s not applying her supreme organisational skills in the office, you can find her running around a wedding venue finessing the finer details and making sure the event runs like clockwork. Outside of work and weddings, she loves nothing more than sipping a flat white at her favourite cafe. She’s also an avid Game of Thrones fan.

Hadi Wijaya

Hadi started his professional career in 2010 as an ASP.NET developer in one of Indonesia’s biggest software companies. He later moved to a digital agency in Bali as a Certified Kentico Developer and mobile app developer. When he’s not coding, Hadi likes to play musical instruments. He’s also partial to a bit of karaoke, travelling and photography.

Jase Watson

With more than two decades in digital, Jase is something of an internet stalwart. From building some of Australia’s first e-commerce websites back in 1996, to playing a pivotal role in replatforming JB Hi-Fi’s website in 2014, he has seen the industry mature over time.

Jase’s experience in digital encompasses working with the major enterprise CMS and e-commerce platforms (including Episerver, Sitecore, Kentico, Magento and Shopify), as well as being a keen hobbyist in the InfoSec and ‘certified hacking’ spaces.

When he’s not doing digital things, Jase likes spending time with his family, and when possible, pursuing his passion for underground electronic music (having retired from his eight-year radio show on Kiss FM).

Jessica Djauhari

Jessica made an impressive entrance into the world of digital in 2010. Whilst studying her bachelor and diploma of Information Technology, it was evident that Jess was going to become an extremely talented web developer. Receiving awards not only in Information Technology, but also Software Development and Interactive Media, Jess is now a Kentico Certified Developer, and continues to contribute an outstanding calibre of work through her constant level of hard work and dedication.

Kim Dezen

Kim has been working in the digital space for over 15 years, initially as a back- and front-end developer (specialising in CMS projects), and then moving on to project management. He has worked for various digital and full service agencies, managing digital projects for clients in Melbourne, and more recently in London. He is passionate about music, having DJ'ed at clubs, bars and festivals around Australia since 1997, and is a keen cyclist.

Nattawut Comlon

Nattawut, or ‘Knott’ for short, is based in Get Started’s Sydney office. Knott is a Kentico Certified Developer who began his web development career in 2009. He has a particular interest in mobile technology and the integration of Kentico sites with external systems via APIs. Knott is a keen problem solver who thrives on finding innovative ways to use technology. His outside-of-work interests include travel and photography.

Liam Thomas

Account Director 

With more than 10 years’ experience in digital, including seven years at the helm of a successful digital agency, Liam brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to his role as Account Director. Liam started his first business – in web development – before he finished high school and managed the technology rollout of a $35 million ISP project for Austar at the age of 18. Since then, he has established a strong record of digital delivery across the government, private and corporate sectors. Liam is also an avid sailor.

With a background in Analytics and Digital Marketing along with qualifications in Engineering, Multimedia and Advanced Digital Project Management, Mark has been successful in producing award-winning sites, with the Melbourne Design Award and Victorian Commercial Site of the Year among his accolades.

Matt Stobo

Matt is passionate about solving problems and helping his clients realise their vision. He is a man of many talents, from developer to consultant, and is as comfortable in the meeting room as he is behind a text editor. While at university, Matt developed a comprehensive online library and member management system for a not-for-profit organisation. The system was voted one of the top three systems developed as part of the program.
 

Mike Trueman

Office Manager Mike is a man of many talents. Not only does he make sure we have everything we need to do our jobs, he is the voice and the face of the agency. He also plays cameo roles as Events Manager, Interior Designer, Client Services Champion and General All-Round Go-To Guy. Mike has many years of experience in taking care of people – from working in some of the country’s best restaurants, to being an interior and event stylist, and working in personal and professional development. He loves creating beautiful, workable spaces, and is pretty happy to be working in the Georges Building with its heritage of providing first-class service and experiences. When he’s not manning the fort in our Melbourne office, he can be found exercising his artistic talents in his painting studio.

Reggie Rombang

Reggie began her career as a web developer in 2007, building websites using PHP and MySQL. As a front end developer, she has expertise in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Reggie is also trained in User Experience and enjoys acting as the ‘bridge’ between designers and engineers. In addition, Reggie is well versed in web accessibility and cross-browser development. When she’s not working on websites, she likes to get outdoors and go camping and hiking.

Sang Truong

Whilst studying Computer Software Engineering through Monash University, Sang took on a role as an Associate Software Engineer in Vietnam. Sang then undertook a Professional Pathways Year in Sydney, before delving into a promising career as a Web Developer. Joining the Get Started team in May 2015, Sang consistently displays a high level of innovative and creative design and development across mobile-first responsive websites, .NET development, SEO strategy and implementation. Sang is a Kentico Certified Developer.

Sarah Dam

Front End Developer

Cert 4 IT (Sydney) Sarah began developing websites in 1999, before entering the industry full time in 2000. A wealth of knowledge and experience website development, combined with almost 10 years here at Get Started, has resulted in a successful career for Sarah. She is able to collaborate effectively within any team and has a fundamental understanding of not only a client’s requirements, but the underlying motivations as well. Sarah is skilled across a range of CMS and contributes largely to the progressive enhancements across a number of websites.

Tami Iseli

Tami studied Melbourne Uni's first web design subject as an Arts/Law student back in 1997 (before 'Google' became a verb). Tami joined the Get Started team following an impressive career as a Senior Editor and Content Strategist across a variety of print and online media titles, as well as being admitted to practise law. When she's not engrossed in content production and strategy, Tami can be found cooking up ideas for her food blog. Tami is a Kentico Certified Marketer.

Yoki Satria

Yoki started his career in web development back in 2003, joining the digital agency world in 2007. He is an expert in .NET development but has also worked across PHP and JSP platforms. He is a Certified Kentico and Sitecore Developer and is committed to creating digital experiences of the highest quality. He believes the main keys to a successful digital project are communication and teamwork. On weekends, Yoki can often be found touring on his motorbike.

Nearly 20 years on, he has managed more than 500 digital projects and played a major role in the shaping of the Australian digital landscape, including involvement in the management of the .AU namespace. Marty is passionate about the future of digital, and has a particular interest in the application of voice technology. As the CEO of Get Started, he is extremely committed to providing our clients and their customers with unique experiences while also maintaining a fun, inviting and nurturing work environment for employees.
